Apartamento Mar is a stunning 2 bedroom apartment situated in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen with outstanding sea views. Both of the double bedrooms have wardrobes, drawers and shelves for storage and the windows in both rooms are fitted with shutters to offer complete darkness during the night.

The living area consists of a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a dining table with 4 chairs. There is a 49" Smart 4K TV with international TV channels installed. The wifi offers 600gb and can be reached from every room in the apartment. The balcony offers stunning sea views and is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

There are 2 entrances to the property, the main one being from the street behind. The street is private for residents only, making it easy to park close by. The other entrance is just off from the kitchen/living area, where you can access the strip directly using the apartment's own private stairs.

Just over the road you will find the La Peñita beach, along with local bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Further down the strip there are more bars and restaurants, some larger shops and activities such as mini golf and bowling. To walk the full length of the strip would take around 20 minutes.

Not far from the end of the strip you will find the Biosfera Shopping Centre, which has a variety of well-known shops and restaurants. On the top floor there is an entertainment centre where you can enjoy an outdoor cinema, games, a Jurassic Park themed mini golf and more.
