Studio Suecia

Studio Suecia is a cosy, traditional studio apartment situated on a quiet complex in Puerto del Carmen just a short 5 minute walk from the old town harbour. The complex has 2 communal swimming pools and the private balcony boasts stunning panoramic views of the harbour and the ocean stretching out to Lanzarote's sister island, Fuerteventura.

The complex has 2 gates which are locked overnight. Free parking can be found outside both entrances. Next door to the complex is a commercial centre with a small supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants.
