After owning properties and holidaying in Lanzarote for more than 20 years, we realised there was a gap in the market for a property management company that offers an extensive range of services, going beyond simple cleaning and maintenance. So once we moved to the island back in 2010 we just knew that's what we wanted to achieve. We are a family-run business meaning we can offer our clients a friendly and

personal service.

We speak fluent English and Spanish and have years of experience in the customer service and tourist industry. Our dedicated cleaning team pride themselves in delivering a high quality service time after time. We also have our own in-house maintenance team, meaning we can offer high standard maintenance services at extremely competitive prices.
